FINMA Granted Fourth Supervisory Organisation
The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA admitted FINcontrol Suisse AG as the fourth supervisory organization. Previously FINMA has authorized FinIA and FinSA as supervisory bodies.
FINcontrol Suisse AG based in Zug got the ratification as a supervisory organization effective from 29 September 2020. FINcontrol Suisse AG will take responsibility for the control of portfolio managers and trustees. FINMA processes the further applications from supervisory organisations.
