SRO Membership for Goldblum and Partners

Goldblum aims to build reliable relations with clients and to protect the client's interests. Several days ago we made a huge step forward towards increasing trust in our law firm. Recent regulatory changes, such as those affecting Bearer shares in switzerland, highlight Switzerland’s ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and trust.

Our team is proud and happy to announce that Goldblum and Partners became Member of Self-Regulated Organisation (FINMA Supervision under SRO). In line with evolving standards like the finma regulations for swiss banks, our firm is now better equipped to support clients in complex transactions.

We are happy to offer our clients new services, in particular, escrow and fiduciary services.
The protection of the assets may be critical for some branches and activities; therefore, escrow is one of the most efficient ways to ensure that the transactions close properly. Our commitment to client security also reflects broader regulatory advancements like the rules on video and online identification, ensuring best practices in compliance and verification.

There are numerous areas where our clients may require escrow services:
— Legal frameworks, such as the Real estate in switzerland acquisition and legal framework, show the importance of thorough transaction structures, especially when dealing with high-value assets.
— Mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs.
— Capital raising and investment offerings (including public and private equity or debt offerings, ICOs, fundraising etc.).
— Settling of disputes and litigation/court decisions enforcement.
— Assets held as collateral.
— Funds held pending regulatory approval.
— Brokerage services.
— Data keeper services (virtual escrow paper storage).
— KYC/AML/Compliance services for third parties.

Goldblum as an impartial escrow agent and the trustee will ensure that all of your transactions are processed properly. Broader reforms like those initiated by the Swiss parliament further demonstrate Switzerland’s commitment to strengthening business trust and legal certainty.

If you are interested in the above-mentioned services, do not doubt to contact our office.
