Legal Guidance for Acquisition of Grain Trading Company Amid Complex Shareholder Restrictions

We provided legal support for the acquisition of an agricultural commodities trading company specializing in grain crops. The transaction was particularly complex due to the involvement of a majority of shareholders who were Ukrainian citizens.
