Goldblum and Partners advises on the sale of Coin Bridge AG

A group of international investors has acquired all shares in Coin Bridge AG, a Swiss crypto payment provider and member of the self-regulatory organisation VQF. With the transaction, the investors take over a regulated Swiss platform for crypto payments.

Coin Bridge allows online merchants to accept cryptocurrencies and receive settlement in Swiss francs, and works with Binance as its technology and liquidity partner.

Goldblum and Partners acted as legal counsel to the seller on all legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction. The Firm has advised Coin Bridge since its incorporation, including on its admission to VQF and its partnership with Binance.
