Mandate Disputes

Goldblum and Partners advises a founding shareholder in a dispute over a Zug technology company

Goldblum and Partners is advising one of the two founding shareholders of a Zug-based technology investment company in a dispute between its equal shareholders over the management and future ownership of the company.

The mandate covers court proceedings for interim measures, conducted together with Swiss litigation counsel, and negotiations for a settlement that would give the company a clear ownership structure.

Disputes between equal shareholders are a recurring part of the Firm's corporate practice.

The team is led by Marcus Altenburg (Managing Partner, Corporate/M&A).
