Goldblum and Partners advises a Polish consulting group on the reorganisation of its Swiss subsidiary

Goldblum and Partners has advised a Warsaw-based consulting group in a dispute with the local management of its Swiss subsidiary and on the subsequent reorganisation of the subsidiary's management and governance.

The Firm represented the group in its negotiations with the subsidiary's managing directors, which resulted in a settlement, and advised on securing the group's control over its Swiss business and on a new management structure for the subsidiary.

Goldblum and Partners continues to act as Swiss counsel to the group.
