Goldblum and Partners advises a Serbian manufacturer on a cross-border settlement with a Swiss customer

An established Serbian metal-processing manufacturer has entered into a settlement agreement governed by Swiss law with one of its Swiss customers, securing its outstanding receivables and the continuation of the business relationship.

The manufacturer supplies custom metal components to industrial customers in Serbia and abroad.

Goldblum and Partners acted as Swiss counsel to the manufacturer on the structuring and documentation of the settlement. The recovery of claims of foreign creditors against Swiss companies is one of the Firm's core practice areas.
