Goldblum and Partners has advised a Slovak company on the recovery of outstanding receivables from a Swiss logistics company.
The Firm advised the client in the Swiss debt enforcement proceedings, including the terms on which they would be withdrawn against payment of the claim.
The Firm acts regularly for foreign creditors against Swiss debtors.
