Kaleido Privatbank AG is a traditional Swiss private bank focused on individualized service, asset management, and investment advisory. The bank has a rich and complex history involving Eastern European banking reforms, structural transformations, and eventual rebranding. Following the restructuring of Parex Bank and the creation of Citadele Banka in 2010, AP Anlage & Privatbank AG became a 100% subsidiary of Citadele. In April 2021, the bank was renamed to Kaleido Privatbank AG. Currently, 75% of Citadele Banka is owned by the US-based private equity fund Ripplewood, and 25% by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
